What we can help with

Corrections: a fare, an opening time or a date on any page that is now wrong.
Missing detail: a route, a temple or a festival we have not covered yet.
Sources: where a historical claim came from, and what we consulted.
Permissions: reusing our photographs or text, with credit.
Bugs in the Bagh Chal and Langur Burja boards, including on mobile.

We cannot book tickets, hotels or cable car rides, and we are not the Chandragiri cable car operator or the municipality. For those, contact the operator directly.

How long we take

Most messages get a reply within two working days. Corrections that need a site visit or a phone call to an operator can take a week, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leave you waiting. Office hours here are Nepal time (Asia/Kathmandu), Sunday to Friday.

Where we are

Thankot, Chandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu district, Bagmati Province, Nepal. That is 12 km west of central Kathmandu on the Tribhuvan Highway, at roughly 1400 m, with the Chandragiri summit 2551 m above sea level.

This is a working editorial project, not a visitor centre, so please write before turning up.
